Following previous advice, we were carrying our maintenance work over the course of last weekend, hopefully this did not cause you too much inconvenience. We advised at the time that we would be discontinuing our support for the MDaemon product. During the course of the maintenance, we discovered that the replacement system would not integrate into our live environment in the way we hoped, following advice from the software developers, we decided to retain the MDaemon product. As such all mail related functionality has remained the same. Also, customers were advised our control panel was going to have a major upgrade, the first phase of this is now complete. Logging into https://bacardi.ne1.info (mail users can also manage their account from here by using their full email address and password) will see a massive change to the layout and functionality. We will be producing a new user guide for the control panel in the coming weeks, although most functions will be self explanatory.
