 We offer a range of servers from small servers to house one website through to entire suites of servers to manage major blue chip organisations...
As with our co-location packages, you get the internet connectivity, environmental stability, power etc In addition, we provide the server hardware and operating system, we then give you root access (Full admin control) and you can configure the server any way you please...
We also protect each server with our state of the art firewalls. If you need a particular port or service, let us know and we'll arrange it. We block all traffic initially except Remote Desktop and HTTP.
The hardware we use is supplied by Dell and HP, all equipment either has a maintenance agreement with the manufacturer or replacements available on site.
That Sounds Expensive!
 NE1 is a budget, No Frills operator in the Data Centre market, because we don't have high overheads, our lower operating costs are passed onto the customer, some operators offer you tea, chocolate biscuits and comfortable sofa's if you visit... We have refreshments and seats, but everything here is designed for functionality! However, we don't operate like a budget airline! We don't charge extra for bringing an extra bit of data with you or charge for extra baggage!
We take the same approach with our data centre's, we don't install nice aesthetically pleasing ceilings or flooring etc, we prefer to invest in the infrastructure.

- 24/7/365 Support, although our engineers are not always on site, they are only a few minutes away
- Unlimited Email Alerts from our monitoring system
- Unlimited Remote Hands Support (Subject to fair usage)
- Unlimited Bandwidth over the dedicated Virtual Connection allocated to your server
- Each server software build usually completed and online within 12 hours or earlier
