NE1 are throwing open the doors to other local businesses to show them how co-location can help them operate more smoothly and gain maximum resiliency for their IT based business critical information and services they maintain. Companies are able to use our server hardware during the trial to prevent any impact on their business operation. What is Colocation? Colocation allows you to place your server machine in someone else's rack and share their bandwidth as your own. It generally costs more than standard Web hosting, but less than a comparable amount of dedicated bandwidth into your place of business. Colocation is ideal for businesses to keep their server and the data it contains safe from fire, theft, flood and other risks associated with keeping it in a normal office environment. What Is Web Host In A Box? Web Host In A Box allows small businesses and web developers to set themselves up as a fully-fledged Web Hosting provider, designed for up to 100 individual websites, taking the hassle out of server management with an easy to use control panel. Web Host In A Box can even manage customer payments and reminders! What are NE1 Offering? NE1 are offering local businesses the opportunity to place their server in our racks for a period of two months, totally free of setup and rental charges, to allow them to experience the service. If the business does not have a suitable server, NE1 can provide loan equipment for the duration of the trial. All with no obligation. All the business has to do is contact us, we will talk through the requirements and send our team to collect the server to be collocated, if required. We will install it in our racks and power it up.
